Todd Christopher Kohlhepp (né Sampsell; born March 7, 1971) is an American serial killer, mass shooter, serial rapist, animal abuser, and kidnapper who was convicted of murdering seven people in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, between 2003 and 2016. In addition, Kohlhepp kidnapped and raped at least two women and claims to have killed many more.
